The Scale Doesn't Lie
That's right, ladies! Down 5 pounds in my first week! Yep, and my utility belt already buckles a little easier (which is great because my grapple was starting to poke me in my side whenever I sat down...)
I didn't even exercise! And what's even more, I ate yummy food! Food that included hummus, shrimp, amazing weight watcher fudge bars, and even pizza! Weight Watchers is great because it doesn't exclude anything, it just portions it and balances what you eat. I also ate a lot of salad, wraps, and fresh fruit. They make such amazing diet food now a days that it's really not that bad to just bite the bullet and do it! FYI- God makes some pretty amazing diet food, too. Like grapes and stuff ;-)
And do you see what I see? What I see on this scale is that next week, I'm going to weigh less than 200 pounds! Whoo-hoo! My heaviest non-pregnancy weight was 210. Weighing over 200 pounds has not been good for my self esteem. It makes me think of football players. I don't like weighting as much as a football player.
Did I really just publish my weight? Good thing I'm wearing my mask!
I wanted to link up somewhere for some encouragement, but I didn't turn up any place to share weight loss posts (and Quintooples doesn't seem to be doing Flabby Friday anymore) so I'll be providing a place for people to link up here every weekend when I post about my weight loss. I don't have any adorable name for weight loss posts yet, so if you have an idea let me know!
So post any weight loss link week you want to all week long. Whatever. Anything goes~ no rules. Just a place to encourage each other and know we're not alone :-)

Yay! Good job. You are a brave lady - unlike you I have my name on my blog! And with a name like Xazmin, if ANYONE from high school stumbled across it they would definitely know it was me! No weight posting for me...I'll just post my progress not what I weigh!
Haha! I soooo did not intend for anyone else to post their actual weight. I'm still in disbelief that I did it. My stomach flopped a little when I clicked "publish post" :-)
Way to go!!! It can be so hard sometimes... I need encouragement, what would I do without Xazmin?

Fortunately, I don't have a lot of weight to lose, but I am noticing something falling over my jeans as I blog, so some sit-ups would probably help me!!
