As you may be able to tell by this blog, I love themes! So my baby shower had a "Spring garden" theme. Check it out!
We had a dirt cake! It's a layer cake using chocolate pudding and crushed cookies. It was made in a pail and the little flowers came from party city! It was also served with the little shovel on the table! See the gummy worms?
The table decorations were all Easter decorations that we already had. We also had flower and butterfly shaped cookies.
My favorite touch was the "clothesline". We used all baby clothes that I had already collected, so it was a free decoration! We hung little outfits, socks, shoes, and bibs. It was adorable!
I guess the duckies in the punch were like our garden pond. They sure were cute!
Thanks for stopping by!

Gorgeous! I love the clothesline - a lovely decoration & budget-friendly!
I always try to find a great theme for a party and run with it!
It makes me feel sooo much better knowing someone else has Mt. St. Laundry in their home too!
Your party looks darling! I had a similar theme for one of my baby showers. We did a country breakfast in the back yard. I also did a clothesline. We were expecting a boy so we incorporated little blue Ford Toy trucks and red wagons for centerpieces and lots of sun flowers.
So fun! I love that you took it a step further and had all of the garden shovels as serving tools! It really turned out cute!
Thanks for joining the party!
